Description

ProVida Equine Digest-Aid with Probiotics promotes optimum gut health and immune function through the inclusion of pre and probiotics, natural bacteria, yeasts, enzymes, amino acids, herbal extracts, flax seed fibre and fructo and mannan oligosaccharides.

This comprehensive selection of ingredients are well known for their efficacy in supporting the growth of beneficial bacteria, and helping to maintain the correct digestive micro flora balance to ensure complete digestion of feed as well as helping to build natural immunity and protect against stomach upsets.

Ingredients

CitriStim Mannan Oligosaccharide – Pichia Guilliermondii yeast mannan prebiotic that promotes the growth of beneficial bacteria in the hind gut.  Can also contribute to an overall improvement of immune function by supporting the health of gut flora.

Inulin Chicory Extract – Fructo oligosaccharide that acts as a prebiotic in conjunction with MOS to promote the development of beneficial bacteria in the hind gut and support bacterial digestion.

Flax Seed Fibre – Natural cold-pressed product high in dietary fibre and low in sugar and starch to promote regular bowel movements and optimum faecal consistency.

Protexin – Multi strain probiotic containing live beneficial bacteria to improve the intestinal microbial balance, thereby optimising digestion of feed and enhancing overall digestive health.

Slippery Elm Powder – Natural herb providing a protective mucilage layer, to help maintain a healthy digestive tract.

Vistacell Live Yeast – Saccharomyces Cerevisae probiotic that supports hind gut digestion.  Also encourages the development of beneficial bacteria that are responsible for the fermentation of fibre which releases volatile fatty acids that are used as a significant source of a horse’s energy.

Amylase and Beta Glucanase – Enzymes shown to assist with the breakdown and digestion of nutrients, encouraging complete digestion and full utilisation of feed.  Particularly useful in high grain diets.

Glutamine – An amino acid responsible for assisting growth and maintenance of intestinal villi, through which all nutrients pass into the blood stream
