Refund and Exchange Policy
Our refund and exchange policy lasts 7 days.
If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it in. It must also be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require proof of purchase.
- Shipping/delivery costs will not be refunded upon the return or exchange of an item.
- The item must be returned by you – either dropped into the store or via a tracked courier service at your cost.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within fourteen (14) days.
- Additional shipping costs may apply to exchanged items.
- If the item you wish to exchange is of lesser value than the item you wish to exchange it for, you will be required to pay the difference. Similarly, if the item you wish to exchange is of greater value, we will refund the difference.
